«Askaneli bistro» “Askaneli bistro” on Petrogradka is a continuation of the network of Georgian bistros in St. Petersburg and Moscow. The project’s interior reinterprets the image of modern Georgia, where national traditions are combined with street culture, art, and irony. The space is built around the idea of friendship and care — a place where guests are fed, made comfortable, given wine, and allowed to forget about everyday life for a while. The interior combines recognizable elements of the “Askaneli” brand: neon art objects, murals, the wine‑colored walls, the image of the Moscow–Tbilisi train, and the symbolic “window to Georgia”.
Through dopamine‑inspired design, vibrant color, street art, and a scripted layout, the project creates an emotional atmosphere of fun, hospitality, and a shared feast — a modern interpretation of the Georgian character without literal stylization.
